AppleCare +

For Mac

 

Every Mac comes with a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary technical support. AppleCare+ for Mac extends your coverage to three years from your AppleCare+ purchase date and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a service fee of HK$799 for screen damage or external enclosure damage, or HK$2,299 for other damage.1

 

1 Service coverage is available only for Mac and its original included accessories for protection against (i) defects in materials or workmanship, (ii) batteries that retain less than 80 percent of their original capacity, and (iii) up to two incidents of accidental damage from handling of your Mac, each incident being subject to a service fee of HK$799 for screen damage or external enclosure damage, or HK$2,299 for other damage. If your Mac has catastrophic damage from an accident or it's inoperable after unauthorized modifications, you will need to buy a replacement.

Apple purchases this coverage from AIG HK as counterparty to the master agreement. AppleCare +

For iPhone

 

AppleCare+ for iPhone extends your repair coverage and technical support to two years from the original purchase date of your iPhone. And it adds coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage from handling, each subject to a service fee of HK$228 for screen damage, or HK$788 for any other damage.1

 

AppleCare+ benefits are in addition to any legal rights provided by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Purchase of the plan is not required to purchase the iPhone. AppleCare+ is subject to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. AppleCare+ for Apple Watch extends your coverage to two years from the original purchase date1 and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a HK$548 service fee.

AppleCare+ for Apple Watch Edition and Apple Watch Hermès extends your coverage to three years from the original purchase date1 and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a HK$618 service fee.

AppleCare+ for HomePod extends your repair coverage and technical support to two years from your HomePod purchase date. And it adds coverage for up to two incidents of 

accidental damage from handling, each subject to a HK$299 service fee.1

AppleCare Protection Plan

For Apple TV

 

Every Apple TV comes with a one-year limited warranty and 90 days of telephone technical support. The AppleCare Protection Plan for Apple TV extends your coverage to two years from the original purchase date of your Apple TV.1 With the AppleCare Protection Plan for Apple TV, you get direct telephone access to Apple experts for technical support on iCloud, connecting to your Wi-Fi networks, and playing content from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac on your HDTV. You also get global repair coverage for your Apple TV and AirPort devices.

 

AppleCare Protection Plan benefits are in addition to any legal rights provided by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Purchase of the plan is not required to purchase the Apple TV.
